Where Does the Money Go?

Helping Hands Ministry maximizes the ratios of time and money spent on those in need through its ministries instead of management and fundraising expenses. All salaries are covered through sustainable revenue streams created by Helping Hands Ministry. Because of this, 100% of every donation from the community is used for direct support, providing physical resources for families in need.

Our Inspectors

Helping Hands Ministry is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. The ECFA rigorously inspects Christian non-profits, to ensure that they are handling funds in a biblical manner before certifying any church or organization.  The ECFA checks organizations’ levels of responsible stewardship, financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.

Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” At Helping Hands Ministry, we seek to serve God with all of our hearts by the ways in which we serve Him. This not only accounts for how we spend our time, but also how we spend our money as well. Helping Hands Ministry seeks to handle its finances as prudently as possible in order to please God with ALL its monetary dealings.

Helping Hands Ministry is a debt-free organization. The building loan for our current location was paid in full in June of 2012.
